DMCA & Copyright Policy

Mamorulist is an informational directory and compatibility database for community reverse engineering and open-source game engines.

Mamorulist does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted ROMs, ISOs, game executables, or proprietary assets on any server. All project links direct to external, publicly accessible developer repositories (such as GitHub) or official release channels maintained by independent developers.

The ports listed in this catalogue are engines or loaders that require users to provide their own legally obtained copies of the original games. Mamorulist neither provides nor sells proprietary game files.

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any metadata, image, or link on this site infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written takedown notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The specific URL on Mamorulist where the referenced material appears.
• Your contact information, including an email address and physical address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send formal takedown requests to mamorulist@gmail.com. Verified requests will be processed promptly.
